Raising the flag for Organic Eating

Finally an organic food store in Roseau, Dominica which helps break the myth about how expensive organic food is.  New Organic Food Shop in Roseau where the Burtons used to display and sell their art as well as some of their own ital offerings.

I have developed a fondness for the yummy plum tomatoes ($6/llb so same as market), cucumbers ($2/lb), other greens and goodies available at a shop recently opened by Melanie Winston (The Winstons have the horse-riding and quad biking business nr B Chopin).

Where? 47-1 Hillsborough Street, take 2nd left after bridge into Roseau. To check stock call Melanie on 245 7553.

Lucky the winner at the recent Health and Wellness Expo at UWI  who got to taste this organic fare.

  1. Very exciting to read!

I’d love to see more pictures of it!!

  2. What a beautiful site you have. Thanks for sharing. My husband and I are hoping to retire in Dominica, and live a pure, simple basic life. Your site has a lot of great info.
